Cement Industry Forging
Cement plants combine abrasion, high temperature and continuous operation. Components wear predictably, and plants plan maintenance around that wear — so consistent, repeatable component life matters more than peak performance.

Abrasion at Temperature
Cement processing is abrasive dust at elevated temperature, a combination that defeats coatings and softens conventional hardened surfaces. Grade and hardness are selected for hot abrasion specifically, not for room-temperature wear tests.
- Hot abrasion resistance
- Consistent, predictable wear rate
- Heavy fastener supply
- Planned maintenance compatibility
Predictability Enables Planning
A plant scheduling a shutdown needs to know a part will last exactly until the next one. Batch-to-batch consistency in hardness and microstructure is therefore the property cement customers value most.
Parts We Supply

Questions Answered
Do you supply cement plant spares?
+
Yes, to cement plants and their equipment suppliers, made to drawing or from a worn sample.
How do you ensure consistent wear life?
+
By controlling hardness and microstructure batch to batch and verifying both before dispatch.
Can you supply heavy fasteners?
+
Yes, high-tensile bolts and studs up to M64 with property class verification.
What lead time for plant shutdown spares?
+
Open die components can be delivered in 7 to 20 days; die-forged items depend on existing tooling.
