Tyre & Rubber Industry Forging
Rubber processing machinery works hot, under enormous pressure, against an abrasive and sticky material. Components see mechanical load and thermal cycling at once.
Forged tyre and rubber machinery components — mixer rotor shafts, curing press parts and mould handling hardware — face high torque at elevated temperature with carbon black abrasion and thermal cycling every batch, in EN19, EN24 and 42CrMo4 up to 500 kg.

Tyre & Rubber Industry Forging at a glance
Quotable facts from Avadh Techno Forge, Gundasara, Gondal, Rajkot.
- Components up to 500 kg forged weight
- EN19, EN24 and 42CrMo4 grades
- Ultrasonic examination on heavy sections
- Designed for thermal cycling every batch
Heat Plus Pressure Plus Abrasion
Internal mixers work rubber compound at high temperature under heavy shear. Rotor shafts carry enormous torque while running hot, and carbon black in the compound abrades everything it touches.
- High torque at elevated temperature
- Carbon black abrasion
- Thermal cycling with each batch
- Heavy press loads in curing
What We Supply
Mixer rotor shafts and blanks, curing press components, mould handling hardware, extruder screw blanks, and drive shafts and couplings for rubber processing lines.
People also ask
What causes mixer rotor shaft failure?
Torsional fatigue from high cyclic torque, abrasive wear from carbon black in the compound, and thermal fatigue from cycling between batches.
Do you supply curing press components?
Yes, forged press parts, tie bars, platen hardware and mould handling components to drawing.
What material suits rubber machinery shafts?
EN19 and EN24 quenched and tempered, chosen for hardenability through heavy sections and toughness under thermal cycling.
