Forged Suspension Components

Suspension components absorb every road input for the life of a vehicle, in fully reversed fatigue. Forging is chosen because it delivers predictable fatigue strength — and because a suspension failure at speed is not a defect the market forgives.

01

Fully Reversed Fatigue Loading

Suspension parts see millions of load reversals with occasional heavy overloads from potholes and kerb strikes. Design is governed by the endurance limit, and forged grain flow along the arm is what keeps that limit high.

  • Grain flow along the arm axis
  • Generous forged fillets
  • No porosity or cold shuts
  • Verified by MPI on critical parts
02

The Component Family

Control arms, radius rods, torque arms, spring hangers, shackles, shackle pins, U-bolt plates and equaliser beams — most trailer and commercial vehicle suspension hardware is more economically forged than fabricated once volume passes a few thousand.

03

Bushing Bores and Fits

Bushing bores are machined to interference specification with surface finish controlled, so a pressed bush stays seated through the vehicle's service life instead of fretting loose.
