Shot Blasting and Descaling
Steel shot removes oxide scale from every recess of a forged contour, including under-die radii that chemical cleaning reaches poorly. The uniformly matte surface it leaves makes surface cracks visible during inspection, which loose scale would otherwise hide.

Protective Treatments
Depending on the destination and storage period we apply rust-preventive oil, zinc phosphate, primer or full paint systems. Export consignments crossing humid sea routes receive the heavier protection that a domestic delivery would not need.
Marking and Identification
Part number, heat number, batch code and customer logo are applied by stamping, laser or ink marking as specified — so a component identified on the shop floor two years later can still be traced to its original certificate.
