What to Send With Your Enquiry
A drawing or sample, the material grade or property target, per-batch and annual quantity, any applicable specification, and the scope you want — forged blank or finished component. With those five, we quote within two working days.
- Drawing, sample or dimensioned sketch
- Grade or property requirement
- Batch and annual quantity
- Specification and required scope
Quotation and Approval
You receive piece price, die cost where applicable, and a delivery schedule. We also return forgeability feedback — draft, radii, tolerances that cannot be forged — so design issues surface before tooling is cut, not after.
Sampling and Production
Die design and manufacture take three to five weeks, then first article samples with a dimensional report. On approval, production runs against agreed releases, and the die is stored in our custody for your repeat orders.

Questions Answered
What do you need to quote a forging?

How long until I get samples?
+
Three to five weeks including die design and manufacture, then first article samples with a dimensional report.
Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, customer drawings and tooling are treated as confidential and NDAs are signed on request.
What if the first samples are not right?

Die correction turnaround is two to five days because tooling is in-house, so iterations are fast rather than painful.
