Construction & Earthmoving Forging

Construction equipment works at maximum load in abrasive ground, and every hour of downtime carries an equipment rental cost. Forged wear parts that last two or three times longer than cast alternatives justify themselves on downtime alone.

01

Wear Life Drives the Economics

The cost of a bucket tooth is trivial against the cost of stopping a machine to change it. Forged parts with hardened surfaces and tough cores extend change intervals, which is the number a fleet manager actually watches.

  • 2–3x wear life over cast parts
  • Fewer change-out stoppages
  • Hardened surfaces, tough cores
  • Interchangeable with OEM fitment
02

Impact Plus Abrasion

Ground engaging tools face both simultaneously. We hard-face or induction harden working surfaces while keeping the body tough, because a fully hardened tooth shatters and a fully soft one wears away.

FAQ

Questions Answered

Can you make parts interchangeable with OEM fitment?

+

Yes, reverse engineered from a sample so fitment with existing adapters and pins is exact.

How much longer do forged wear parts last?

+

Typically two to three times a cast equivalent, depending on ground conditions.

Do you supply hydraulic cylinder rods?

+

Yes, forged, hardened and ground, with hard chrome plating through qualified partners where specified.

What quantities do you supply?

+

From replacement batches of a few hundred up to OEM schedules of several thousand pieces.
