Forging Exporter to Germany

German buyers are the most exacting we serve, and usefully so. Drawings arrive complete, tolerances are stated properly, and the documentation expectation is unambiguous — which makes the work demanding but rarely ambiguous.

Short answer

We export forged components from India to Germany, working to DIN 7526 tolerance classes and EN 10083 material grades with EN 10204 3.1 certification as standard, shipping through Mundra to Hamburg, Bremerhaven or Rotterdam in three to five weeks with ISPM 15 compliant packing.

DIN and EN Specifications

DIN 7526 tolerance classes on drawings, EN 10083 material grades such as 42CrMo4 and 34CrNiMo6 with delivery condition suffixes, and EN 10204 3.1 certification as an absolute baseline rather than an option.

  • DIN 7526 class E or F stated
  • EN 10083 grades with +QT suffix
  • EN 10204 3.1 minimum
  • Complete dimensional records
02

Precision of Specification

German drawings usually state exactly what is required, which removes the guesswork common elsewhere. Where a drawing defaults every dimension to class F, we flag which could be class E without functional loss — a review German engineers generally welcome rather than resist.

Logistics to Northern Europe

Sea freight from Mundra to Hamburg, Bremerhaven or Rotterdam, typically three to five weeks. ISPM 15 heat-treated crating is mandatory, and we pack to it as standard for all European consignments.
